The kitchen is set up and ready to start serving. |

Three meals were prepared and served, lunch and supper on December 1st and lunch on December 2nd. A
total of 996 meals were prepared an served. |

An important part of the kitchen is the clean-up area. Here a 75 gallon gas hot water heater supplies
hot water to wash and rinse pots, pans and everything else used in preparing meals. |
