Airport Exercise Mission

Every three (3) years, the Tallahassee Regional Airport is required to facilitate a Full Scale Exercise to test the ability of various response and recovery agencies.

As in the past, the Capital Area Chapter will be playing many important roles during the 2008 version of the exercise.

Airport Exercise Registration

An estimated 225 volunteers will be needed to fulfill the various roles that the Capital Area Chapter will be required to facilitate.

Operational Volunteers

From managing the Family Reunification Center to providing Mass Care (Feeding) Support, from Disaster Mental Health Services to Communications all Disaster Services volunteers and the paid staff and volunteers from the chapter's partner agencies are asked to sign-up to participate in their operational role.

Simulated Victim Volunteers

Volunteers are also needed to play the part of simulated victims.
