On January 29, 2001 the Capital Area Chapter participated in the Tallahassee Airport Disaster
Exercise. From being crash victims to establishing a Family Assistance Center, 116 of the Chapter's Disaster
Services Volunteers were involved in the day's events. |

As an important part of the Airport Disaster Exercise, the Chapter established a Family

The Family Assistance Center is where the Chapter provided Mental Health Services to the
family members of the crash victims. |
