Conference - Mission
The mission of the North Florida Disaster Conference for Faith and Community Based Organizations was to bring together all organizations with an interest in helping North Floridians Prepare and Plan For, Respond To, Recover From and Mitigation The Effects of disasters and other emergencies.

This four hour conference outlined various roles that faith based and community based organizations can undertake in support of various efforts to prepare individuals, families and neighborhoods for the next disaster as well as to help the community respond and recover from the hurricanes and other disasters.
Conference - Method
Faith & Community Based Organizations throughout North Florida were invited to participate in this conference which was held on May 31 from 9:00AM through 1:00PM at Faith Presbyterian Church located at 2200 North Meridian Road in Tallahassee.
