When you see this sign at your neighborhood convenience store or on the bulletin board of your office, you will know that by simply dialing *ARC on your mobile phone you will be able to access the Hurricane Shelter Information Hotline.

When you call the Hurricane Shelter Information Hotline you will instantly know which shelters are open and where they are located.

If you do not have access to a mobile phone you can just as easly dial 850/894-6741 on your home or work phone to access the hotline.

It is important to remember that hurricane shelters can and will reach capacity and that additional hurricane shelters will be opened. As these additional hurricane shelters are opened their locations will be available by calling the Hurricane Shelter Information Hotline.
