American Red Cross - Disaster Response / Hurricane Watch Activity Reporting

The following information should be submitted by 9:00AM (0900 Hours) EDST and 9:00PM (2100 Hours) EDST for the activities undertaken during the previous 12 hours.

Each chapter should download and print a copy of the Chapter Hurricane Watch Activity Reporting FORM. By taking this action chapters will be able to continue to submit Chapter Hurricane Watch Activity Reports and Shelter Status Reports via fax whey the internet goes down. This completed form should be faxed 850/878-6602.

As a last resort chapters can phone in Chapter Hurricane Watch Activity Reports and Shelter Status Reports by calling 850/205-6101 or 850/528-8155.
