Madison County Implements Masters of Disaster On September 8th 2000 the Capital Area Chapter launched a statewide program in corporation with the State of Florida Department of Education, the Department of Community Affairs and Florida's American Red Cross to implement the Masters of Disaster program into every public elementary and middle school in the state.

Age appropriate curriculum kits were distributed to each of the Madison County School Districts elementary and middle schools.
