The Capital Area Chapter's Mobile Kitchen (MoKi) was completed in the early summer of 1997. Designed to be able to prepare and serve 5,000 hot meals a day, the MoKi has seen a lot of action throughout the years:

In August 2007, several Disaster Services volunteers undertook several maintenance projects. One of them, scene here, is the removal of rust from the door hinges and painting those same hinges.
