Shelter Trailers Delivered
September 2002

During the month of September ten (10) new Shelter Trailers were delivered to the Capital Area Chapter. These trailers were then loaded with the following shelter supplies:

  • 150 Cots
  • 40 Blankets
  • 2 Cases Of Paper Towels
  • 3 Cases Of Paper Plates
  • 2 Case of Paper Cups
  • 1 Shelter Kit
  • 1 Shelter Medical Kit
  • 1 Shelter Toy Kit
  • 1 47.42 MHz Radio Base Station
  • 1 Food Cambro
  • 1 Drink Cambro
  • 3 Cases Of Comfort Kits
  • 3 Long Clean-Up Kits
  • 1 Short Clean-Up Kit
Shelter Trailers With the addition of these ten (10) trailers the Capital Area Chapter now has the ability to place a Shelter Trailer at each of the primary Shelters throughout the chapter's eight (8) counties.
Shelter Trailers The entire Shelter Trailer fleet was made possible with funding from each of our County Emergency Management Departments.
